3. Fees and Payment

Service fees are described at the time you place an order and are separate from any state fees, taxes, or third-party charges, which are your responsibility. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and documents; to respond promptly to requests needed to complete your order; and to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
