Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ride Legal website and the services we provide ("Services"). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

1. Our Services

Ride Legal provides third-party assistance with vehicle registration, titling, Montana LLC and entity formation, registered-agent service, mail forwarding, and related concierge services. Ride Legal is an independent private company. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal representation, and we are not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by any Department of Motor Vehicles, Secretary of State, or other government agency.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request the Services for the vehicles or entities involved.

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees are described at the time you place an order and are separate from any state fees, taxes, or third-party charges, which are your responsibility. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and documents; to respond promptly to requests needed to complete your order; and to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Services you request are appropriate and lawful for your circumstances, including compliance with the registration, insurance, and tax requirements that apply to you and your vehicles. Ride Legal does not assist with any attempt to evade lawful taxes, fees, or legal obligations.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Processing times and outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including government agency workloads, mail delivery, and the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Any timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Not Legal or Financial Advice

Nothing on our website or provided through our Services constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or qualified professional regarding your specific situation. See our Disclaimer for more information.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and Services may reference or link to third-party providers and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ride Legal and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the website or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Ride Legal for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ride Legal from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
